Cheesy Broccoli Bites
Baked, not fried — these little bites are crispy on the outside, soft inside, and impossible to resist.

Ingredients
- 12 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 21 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 31 egg
- 4¼ cup breadcrumbs (or oat flour)
- 51 tbsp olive oil
How to make it

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment.

Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender. Let cool, then chop finely.

In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Roll into small balls (about 1 tbsp each) and place on the tray.

Brush lightly with olive oil.

Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and firm.

Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
